New Glimmer Mist Classes

Scrap Pink at Scrapbook Blvd and other new stuff

We kicked off Scrap Pink at Scrapbook Blvd Friday Night. Everyone had a great time and let me tell you these girls were in rare form! Ruby had us in stitches with her tp story. Jackie rode in on her horsie - giddyup! Ruby brought her collection of Glimmer Mist to ooh and aah over, and Ashley brought her suitcase (I am serious, see the pics). Apparently I am not the only one who needs a twelve step program for scrapbook supply hoarders - Ashley had several huge boxes of eyelets and brads, and Ruby had a giant box full of flowers, not to mention her Glimmer Mist. The food was yummy - we had barbecue sandwiches from Giuseppes and of course chocolate cookies with pink M&M in honor of Scrap Pink. I think we added a couple more Glimmer Mist junkies(Pam and Kristy)to our GM club. I did a little GM demo, cause I can't resist the mist. I spent the weekend creating new GM(Glimmer Mist)classes for fall and winter. Monday I went to Pages in Time in Big Bear. What a beautiful store! They just moved into their new location next door to their old location. This is a must see store. I have a couple of classes scheduled there for November. Check out my class schedule here. A big thank you to Teah for taking me with her to Big Bear. Today is the big day for the Scrap Pink drawing at the Blvd. I can't wait to see who wins. I'll post the name of the winner later today.

My First Blog Entry

Well, here it is, my first blog entry. For those of you who know me, this is a big moment for me, as I am computer challenged(that's putting it mildly)! If you have any tips for me on blogging, I would love the input (PLEASE)! For you lovers of Glimmer Mist, I have finished a new Glimmer Mist class, and it is up at the store. I have included photos of it here also. I am working on the winter book this weekend, so check back Sunday for the pics. I am getting ready for the Scrap Pink event tonight on the Boulevard. Still not sure what I'm going to work on tonight. Will I even get my stuff out of the bag tonight? Hmmm... My biggest issue is what will I wear? The theme is western, and I am really not a western kind of girl, so this could take some creative altering of clothing. I'm really excited about the event though. We have a great group of ladies coming to the crop and I'm looking forward to seeing everyones projects. Maybe I'll give a Glimmer Mist demo or two tonight. I am so loving the new colors and screens. I will be working on my fall and holiday classes this weekend so keep your eyes peeled for them here and at the Boulevard.
